Sinead Voorhees is the Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies at Whitworth University and Supermom among other things. Sinead is known for her authenticity and ability to inspire others, moving them to action as she shares her experience of shifting from "following the path" to making the most of the gifts she has been given.
As a public speaker, Sinead was known as a good presenter. She was presenting at an event and followed the standard speech well when suddenly she was inspired to spend several minutes simply speaking from the heart. That made ALL the difference. From that experience, her audience lit up and connected with her. That changed everything for Sinead, the crowd, and everyone she has come into contact with ever since.
In this episode, we talk about Sinead's leadership journey and what she has seen in people - their struggles, their successes, and lessons learned.
Join us as we talk about your "calling" and how to optimize your strengths to become the leader you were meant to be.
